The split of turnover by customer for the last 12 months is as follows:

The Government Departments for whom we have worked include the Department for Transport, the National Assembly for Wales, the Scottish Executive, the Department for Regional Development for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man Government, and the Department of Transport in Dublin.
Twenty-four different Local Authorities, from County Councils and Unitary Authorities to Borough, City and District Councils and Intermediate Agencies and Local Authority Partnerships were customers last year.
Work for Transport Operators encompassed not only the major operating groups ( Arriva, FirstGroup, Go-Ahead and Stagecoach) but also Translink (the Northern Ireland state operator), Travel West Midlands, Transdev and Metroline; municipal companies such as Blackpool, Chester and Nottingham; and smaller community transport operators like Derby and Hackney CTs.
Every English PTE is a client, as is Transport for London.
Over the past few years we have developed and established partnership working with a growing number of other consultancies to bring to bear additional, complementary expertise on particular projects. This works best where:
- there is a requirement for civil engineering input to complement our network planning recommendations, and
- the breadth of a project has dictated that a consortium approach to the proposal submission is more likely to be successful.
